Introducing the Viràn Villa
With freckled, salt-kissed faces and tousled hair, retreat to the serenity of a luxury holiday home, where the only thing left on the agenda is to relax with a full glass of delicious wine from the fridge, as children sleep and the sun melts into the sea. External Living | Private Pools & BBQ
Viràn Villa consists of four separate & independent homes which are rent together as one, ideal for unique group gatherings and long awaited family reunion vacation, which can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. This captivating home lays in 2,5 acre outdoor area and is embellished with a 70m2 private swimming pool with 1,40m2 depth (non heated), in-pool hydromassage features & there is an additional heated four seater jacuzzi at the 1st floor outdoor balcony. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the outdoor dinning area. The outdoor lounge areas are the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes of the natural surroundings. With spacious outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa also features a ping pong table for some play time with loved ones. Premium sun beds, umbrellas and two hammocks are also available around the pool for the ultimate sunbathing. There is sufficient parking space for up to four cars inside the villa premises.

Bonus: Resistance Swimming System, as a tool for fitness, health and well-being, the swimming & water resistance exercises benefit people of all ages. Get healthy in the convenience and privacy of your own pool. Our unique villa features an eco-friendly Pool, where water disinfection is achieved through a salt electrolysis system offering a natural swimming experience, with nearly zero chemical usage.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in its 250m² indoor space in total. The villa features four separate apartments each featuring its own living room and open plan fully equipped kitchen. The sublime Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in real beds and four extra guests can be accommodated at 4 available sofas in the four living rooms (one in each home). The maximum capacity is 18 guests.

Viràn Villa was designed with relaxation and good times in mind; lounge in the summer warmth by the outdoor pools, sink into squishy sofas with a glass of wine and gather together for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter while admiring the views.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping is included once per week • Towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Two Baby cots, Two High chairs, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

Practicalities
There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for four cars • The property is well-equipped with: 4 fully equipped kitchens indoors. Each of the apartment features: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Frappe machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Food Processor (Multi). The property also offers 4 Washing Machines, Safety Box, 7 Hair dryers, Iron, Ironing Board, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detectors.
