Vasia Villa offers a wonderful 330m² outdoor area, incorporating unique style and sumptuous furnishings to create a chic retreat. The 35m² private pool (1.40m depth, non-heated) is surrounded by sun-beds and parasols, creating the perfect spot for relaxation under the sun. A shaded outdoor dining area with a BBQ (charcoal) & traditional oven and outdoor sink provides the ideal setting for al fresco meals while enjoying the stunning countryside views. Children will delight in the playground, complete with a seesaw, slide, and swing & outdoor children toys, while for those seeking more active leisure, enjoy a game of ping pong or explore the area on the two available bicycles. The villa also offers secure parking for up to two cars inside the Villa’s premises.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths
Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces. Spanning 200m² of inviting interiors, Vasia Villa blends the ease of a modern holiday home with the warmth of a cozy retreat, offering 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms ensuring comfort & style at its higher end. Accommodating up to six guests in real beds - as well as one more guest can sleep either at the relaxing sofa of the living room (that can be converted into a bed) or a folding bed can also be provided in the living room area - the Villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy.

Vasia Villa is thoughtfully designed with families in mind and offers a wide range of amenities tailored for guests traveling with infants. The property is fully equipped with all essential baby gear, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for both parents and their little ones - the below are provided upon request :



Baby cot, High chair, Baby bathtub, Children’s toilet seat, Children’s Potty & Wet wipes, Stroller/Buggy, Plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, Bed guards, Baby Monitor, Child safety gates for the bedroom door & Bathrobes for children up to 3 years old, outdoor children toys, books & board games are available upon request.

Living Room area complimented with a 42” smart TV, a fireplace and direct access to the pool terrace—there is a dedicated workspace with desk & chair in the lounge area also • Fully equipped Kitchen with adjacent dining area • Shared bathroom with shower cabin.


First Floor 

A mini-bar fridge available on the first floor, offering added convenience for refreshments, allowing guests to enjoy a chilled drink without heading downstairs. • Bedroom with Super King Size Bed (2.15x1.60), offering access to balcony with comfy seating • Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00), boasting access to balcony with comfy seating—the two single beds can be joined together to form a King Size bed upon request • Another Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00), showered by natural sunlight by the window —the two single beds can be joined together to form a King Size Bed upon request • Shared family Bathroom with bathtub & double sink.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towel, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Additional maid service could be arranged with approx. 40€/day - exact amount can be confirmed upon request & availability.

There is free secure parking space on the Villa premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Tassimo Espresso Machine, Filter Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, CD and DVD players, First Aid Kit, Security system, Smoke detector, Fire Extinguisher.
