Nestled in the seaside Analipsi Village, this unique holiday home is perfect for a free car holiday break, as you may find everything you may need ( restaurants, super markets, shops) within walking distance. Analipsi sandy beach is only 15 minutes walking distance, featuring a wide selection of seaside restaurants. The Aqua Villa will be the perfect haven for an indulgent recline close to Analipsi beach. Alongside the setting-the-scene ambiance with unique designed interiors and luxurious exteriors, this retreat set the scene for those looking for an unforgettable holiday experience and beats a free-spirited rhythm throughout.

Pool Heating Policy:
-The one 15m2 pool can be heated March-June and September-November and on the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C
-The pool needs two days prior notice before arrival to reach 23 °C and the cost is 100 euros for each day of use. The pool should be heated for a minimum of 3 days use per time. Prior notice is required.
-Water temperature can reach up to 27 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature.
-In case of rain it won’t be possible to use the pool


External Living | 2 x Private Pools & Outdoor Kitchen with BBQ/Pizza Oven

This captivating home lays in 450m² outdoor area and is embellished with two private pools : a 15m² private pool that can be heated with an additional fee (1,40 meters deep) & a 25m² private pool (1,40 meters deep) overlooking the iconic BBQ settings. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ & Pizza Oven) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area.

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen wishes to keep you there for your entire holiday break, featuring a large fridge, oven, sink and a spacious dining spot you will cherish. There are two outdoor lounge areas to choose from if you wish some alone time. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

* The entire Villa features two separate homes, spread through two floors and there is also a drive-in underground parking area for private access. Additional parking space is available for free outside the villa. 


Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This luxury self-catering home is an entanglement of linen, wood, marble, and all that’s bespoke. At this nature-filled family & friends retreat, where every square inch has been pored over by its architect and interior designer creators, all around are soul-stirring vistas. What’s on the cards beyond the five bedrooms is two separate living cum & kitchen areas, with all the warmth that can bring. This captivating Villa boasts a 280m² indoor space, offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts five bedrooms & five bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.


The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated in the available sofas - can be set up upon request in two living rooms. The villa maximum capacity is 12 guests.

Three available Bedrooms with King Size bed (1,80x2,00) and access to a balcony • Each bedroom features an En-suite bathroom with walk in shower & one of the bedrooms features also a bathtub • All bedrooms feature also a Smart TV 32”

Second Home ( max. capacity 5 guests)

Living Room featuring a 65’’ Smart TV with direct access to the terrace, BBQ and 25m2 pool, Open plan fully equipped Kitchen • WC is also available • One guest can be accommodated at the sofa upon request • Two available Bedrooms with Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00) and window • Shared bathroom with walk in shower • All bedrooms feature also a Smart TV 32”


Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Towels and linen changes every 4 days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • 2 Baby cots, 2 High chairs, some Children toys, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for one car & additional space outdoors • The property is well-equipped with: 3 Fridge with freezer, 3 Electric stove with oven, 2 Nespresso Machine (capsules), 2 Filter coffee machine, Frappe machine, 2 Microwave, 2 Kettle, Sandwich Maker, 2 Toaster, 2 Juice Maker, 2 Dishwasher, Food Processor (Multi), 2 Washing Machine & 2 Tumble Dryer, 2 Iron & Board, 4 Hair dryers, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector, Emergency Exit, Fire Blanket.
