Designed for vibrant holiday breaks, the modern living villa boasts 5 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel, and can comfortably welcome up to 10 guests. Ensconced within a 350m2 plot of land, this cozy house complete with 40m2 outdoor infinity pool (1.45depth), children’s pool and ample grounds awaits to inspire you. The sublime villa is located in Pigianos Kampos and promises a free-car getaway less than ordinary, ideal for large groups that wish to cherish each other’s company while being located within close proximity to beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

Offering ample grounds and providing an ample outdoor living space, this holiday home is perfect for soaking up the cretan scenery. The pool outdoor area is equipped with premium sun beds and poufs, so you can enjoy all day long the summery feeling! Cherish your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities (gas) , offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over. Kindly note that the villa is located close to the main Cretan road, which makes it an ideal holiday home for those who wish to explore the hidden gems of the island. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Entering the villa you will find a living-cum area with a smart 55’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. The home also features six bathrooms (2 shared and 4 en-suite full bathrooms) for ultimate comfort. The highlight is the indoor fitness room, featuring a treadmill, elliptic, multifunctional gym machine, free weights & yoga mats, for those who wish to keep their fitness up to speed.

Ground Floor | Spacious Living-cum & Lounge Area (Featuring a 55’ smart TV) and with access to the pool & terrace • Fully Equipped Kitchen & Open Plan dinning area • Bathroom with Walk-in Shower • Twin Bedroom with two Single Beds (0.90x2.00) that can be joined together with a topper upon request, featuring also a balcony with access to the terrace. The bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower for ultimate comfort.

First Floor | A few stairs up you will find the hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms laying on the 1st Floor. There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with : Fridge/freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.
