Settled in the outskirts of Rethymno Town - with far-reaching views over Rethymno and far away to the sea - feel free to discover the maze of treasures this location has to offer, with the nearest super market & grocery store located within 100 meters (1 minute walking) and the nearest local restaurant located within 230 meters (3 minutes walking), as well as the famous beach of Rethymno and various everyday amenities are offered within 5 kilometres (10 minutes driving) away from the wonderful Villa.

This ultra modern property, evoking a very fresh feel; its white stone-built appearance, modern essence and the fabulous summery open-air ambience it offers, make it ideal for a summer retreat. This captivating home lays in 600m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers, bean bag chairs and Bali bed before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal BBQ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area - which also offers a 55” Smart TV. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

The wonderful design and the fresh, modern styling, stand out at this property. The living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. A lavishness of white surfaces and furniture mixed with the earthly warm, natural touch in the interior spaces, adds an overall freshness and ease to the already pleasantly welcoming spaces. Fine art marks the rooms gifting them with their unique identity. 


Offering 350m² indoor space and bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts five bedrooms & five en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated in the two sofa beds (one double & one semi-double) upon request, located on the lower floor of the Villa. The maximum capacity is 12 guests.

First Floor

Truthful to the modern pace is also the stylish first floor of the villa, as well as the spacious rooms offering premium accommodation. • Bedroom with two Single beds that are joined to form a King Size bed (1,80x2,00) , En suite bathroom with shower cabin, 32’’ Smart TV, direct access to a spacious veranda boasting a 2-seater heated Spa Whirlpool • Bedroom with two Single beds that are joined to form a King Size bed (1,80x2,00) , En suite bathroom with shower cabin, 32’’ Smart TV, direct access to a spacious veranda with comfy sitting.


Lower Floor

The lower floor of the villa is only accessible through an internal staircase and boasts a wonderfully designed living room area, lightened up with natural light from the window and featuring a 32’’ Smart TV and Play Station 4 - with 2 controllers and games. As mentioned above, two extra guests can be accommodated upon request - at the two sofa beds (one double & one semi-double). There is also a bathroom with shower cabin available on this floor.

*Kindly note that the single beds cannot be separated, however could be made up as two single beds (or as Queen/King Size beds) upon request.

*According to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.

Your Home Stay Includes 

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every 4 days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • 2 Baby cots, 2 High chairs, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, some Inflatables for the pool can be provided upon request.

There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, 2 Espresso Machines (capsules & ground coffee ), Filter coffee machine, Frappe machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, 2 Safety Boxes (1st floor), Smoke Detector.
