Nature in wholly refined harmony and sheer comfort are accentuated by luxury in a celebration of endless summers in the sublime Nos Duos Villa. Perfectly settled in the picturesque Panormo Village, the villa’s enviable location and vantage point boasts stunning sea views and will make you wish your holiday could last forever and a day. Step outside the front door and discover the maze of treasures this location has to offer, with a private beach located within 50 meters walking distance (with ten sun beds exclusively at your disposal), the nearest local taverna within 50 meters walking & the nearest super market within 300 meters walking, as well as the nearest cafe -cocktail bar and the Panormos beach (Limani) within 350 meters walking from the wonderful home, making it an idyllic coastal retreat for the young and young at heart.



Introducing the Nos Duos Villa

With rural setting surrounding it, here is a self-catering home which not only complements the scenery in which it sits, but enhances it. Its close-to-the-elements setting offers pure rejuvenation for the soul. Blending into the dramatic landscape and perfectly positioned for watching the sun journey across the sea, it is an ideal property to enjoy this sophisticated island in private mode and full relaxation with family or favourite friends.



External Living | Private Heated Pool & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 400m² outdoor area - with 100m² lawn area and is embellished with a 30m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,60 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ & sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor lounge area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

*For easy access in the Villa, a portable ramp is available upon request.


Bonus - Family Friendly:

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (a wooden play house with slide and swing) for our younger guests and a ping pong table to master your skills, inspiring adventure and togetherness.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.



Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This glamorous property meets luxury at its higher end and its most premium form. Fine art marks all the bedrooms gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with first-class comfort, design and amenities, in its 350m² indoor space. Elegant and stylish, the luxurious Villa boasts six sublime bedrooms & six en-suite bathrooms (plus one shared bathroom on the ground floor) enjoying natural tones & flaunting unique design with perfect attention to every luxurious detail and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds. Three more guests can be accommodated: two of them in the single couches (0,90x2,00) located in two of the first floor bedrooms and the last one in a folding bed which can be provided upon request in one of the bedrooms -(*alternatively a child can be accommodated in a small couch located in one of the ground floor bedrooms). The maximum capacity is 15 guests.

Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces: • Kitchen & Dining area, Living Room featuring a 65’’ Smart TV and direct access to the terrace • Bedroom with Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), En suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 42” , access to balcony with comfy sitting & direct access to the pool terrace • Bedroom with Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), En suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 42” , small single couch to accommodate a child (suitable only for small children), access to balcony with comfy sitting & direct access to the pool terrace • A shared bathroom is also available on this floor with shower cabin.


Bonus:

-Gym equipment is available on the ground floor featuring a Smart TV 55” & Play Station console PS5 (with two controllers), for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…exercise daily using the treadmill, multi -station machine, exercise bike.
-For the wellness lovers and first-class comfort, a Hammam (1,5x1,5) is available on the ground floor - next to the gym.
-Working Space is also available in the living room, featuring a desk with two Monitors HP, keyboard & chair.
