This enchanting seaside estate sprawls across 5,000m² of lush outdoor beauty, setting the stage for unforgettable moments and timeless relaxation. At its heart lies a breathtaking 100m² private heated pool (can be heated with additional fee), complete with a glass edge for those perfect, iconic-worthy shots. With a depth of 1.0 to 1.5 meters, the pool includes a luxurious in-water, six-seater spa whirlpool for pure indulgence. The scene is further elevated by a custom-designed lounge with a fire pit, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ, a half-size basketball court, and an additional plunge pool—every detail thoughtfully designed for enjoyment. Signature tableware, plush poolside loungers, and bespoke outdoor furnishings add elegance and charm to every experience, creating a luxurious yet private escape for those in search of relaxation and exclusivity. To complete the experience, the villa includes convenient outdoor parking for over three vehicles.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.


Internal Living | 2 Living Rooms, 2 Fully Equipped Kitchens | Beds & En-Suite Baths
With enviable views over the Corinthian Canal the quintessential living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance. Fine art marks all the bedrooms gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with first-class comfort, design and amenities. The entire Villa lays in 3 floors featuring also an elevator for ultimate comfort. This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 700m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & an additional bathroom, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - featuring harmonious views from the moment you wake up and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, as well as two more guests can sleep in a folding sofa beds located in the living areas. The maximum capacity is 14 guests.

Living Room (featuring featuring a 120’ Movie Screen & Projector) & Dining area, kitchenette & a Bespoke Bar Counter with direct access to a terrace featuring a plunge pool. An additional WC & a shower cabin is also available at this floor • A pool table & game room with a home cinema are also featured • Gym Room featuring a Sauna, Pilates machine, treadmill, multi-functional fitness station, boxing bag, and free weights • Wine Cellar • 3 Double Bedrooms with King Size bed (1.80x2.00), featuring en suite bathroom with walk in shower (one of them also featuring a bathtub) • Library (two more guests can sleep at the sofas located in the area • The floor is accessible by stairs or elevator & has direct access to a terrace & a plunge pool.

First Floor
Main Living Room (featuring a 80’ Smart TV) & Dining area, fully equipped Kitchen with direct access to the outdoor lounge & dining area and pool. An additional WC is also available at this floor • A work-space • 2 Double Bedrooms with King Size bed (1.80x2.00), featuring en suite bathrooms • The floor is accessible by stairs or elevator & has direct access to the pool.

Second Floor
Master Bedroom with Kind Size Bed ( 1.80x2.00), en-suite bathroom, also featuring a walk-in shower & direct access to the terrace with sun loungers, Gas BBQ & a dining. Table • The floor is accessible by stairs or elevator.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every 4 days • Pool and garden cleaning once per week • Baby cot, High chair &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space at the Villa’s premises for up to five cars • The property is well-equipped with: 2 x Fridge with freezer, 2 x Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector. Security Cameras are available at the entrance & the surroundings of the plot of land that are visible & can be deactivated upon request.
