Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This brand new holiday home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. 

With luxurious impeccable interiors and outstanding spaciousness, Ino Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests in its 9 bedrooms.
There are three spacious bedrooms located in the ground floor, two of them featuring double beds and one twin bedroom, providing one sofa bed each, as well as smart TVs. All of the bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool terrace and each of them features its own ensuite bathroom.
Five more bedrooms located in the first floor are there to welcome you, all of them featuring balcony access. Our guests will find two twin bedrooms and three bedrooms featuring double beds. All of the bedrooms have the benefit of an en suite bathroom with shower cabin,
comfortable sofa beds and smart TVs.

Following a few stairs up, our guests will find the last bedroom of Ino Villa. A loft type bedroom is there to welcome you with it’s own living room area, smart 32” TV and an en suite bathroom with shower cabin.

Outside
Nestled in one acre restful gardens, with a private 100m2 swimming pool embellished with a 20m2 children’s compartment and a huge lawn covered area, there is plenty of space for all the family to enjoy.

Play hide and seek with little ones in the colorful gated garden, recline on thick pillows on the manicured lawn and sip sweet sundowners in the evening light at the front of the house. For guests who cannot bear to stay still, the lawn is just as good for croquet and garden games as it is for afternoon naps.

Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor shaded dining area with BBQ facilities, after a day splashing about in the swimming pool until well past bedtime...you'll fall in love with Ino Villa and wish your family holiday could last forever and a day. 

Send the children, big and small, for a kick around in the adjoining field while a generous recreation area for all ages, is located . For our younger guests there is a lawn covered playground area available, equipped with a swing, a slide and outdoor kids toys, while the sports lovers should definitely challenge friends to a friendly game of volleyball/basketball over a beer or two.

Ino is a home where relaxation, fun and time spent together are centre-stage.
A morning swim amidst picturesque country gardens followed by al fresco breakfasts makes for an uplifting start to the day before kicking back, relaxing poolside and penning down that nostalgic novel of your own.  The large open-plan kitchen and living room provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations and relaxed after a long day of sea side adventures.

What’s more, it’s impeccable exterior, is embellished with a non heated spa whirlpool, which invites couples amongst the group to scamper off and enjoy an after-hours dip bathed in shimmering moonlight.

Practicalities
The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, 2 Washing Machines, Hair dryer, Iron & Ironing board, Vacuum cleaner, open plan fully equipped kitchen! Private Parking is available at the front and around the side of the property for seven cars.

Ino Villa is located in Perama town which is within 5 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.

Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well know for its sandy beaches.In Panormo there are actually two main beaches and a few smaller ones. As the name implies, Panormos is a natural harbour with calm waters.

The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area. It is sandy and has clear waters. It is ideal for children, as it is shallow and well protected from winds with piers, where the boats tie up. It is unorganised. Adjacent, on the east, there is a smaller sandy unorganised beach, not preferred by swimmers. The second main beach is located just 200m west of the village. Similarly to the harbour beach, it’s a sandy beach, well protected by a rocky pier. Even further to the east, there is a small cove with a pebbly beach, ideal for seclusion and snorkelling.
The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
