External Living | Private Pool & Outdoor Unique Features
This captivating home lays in 1,5 acre of outstanding natural beauty, with a 500m2 lawn covered area and is embellished with a 35m2 private heated swimming pool with a special children’s pool compartment, as well as a six seater -heated spa whirlpool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. The Villa boasts BBQ facilities (charcoal) for culinary wonders, as well as a shaded outdoor dinning area. With outdoor settings & tableware, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper in the al fresco dining area. Cook up a wild foraged feast or enjoy the perfect spot for an evening glass of wine.

Our unique Villa provides luxury self-catering with comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor playground is also available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, seesaw and several outdoor toys. Bonus: Practice your skills on the outdoor Ping Pong table and enjoy endless hours of fun & relaxation with your loved ones.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly designed indoor living and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a family or a group of friends and can accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. In addition, 2 more guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed (which can be placed either in one of the double bedrooms with the Queen Size beds, or in the living room area) and the other one in the single sofa of the living room. The maximum capacity of the Villa is 10 guests.

Lounge at the impeccable living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. While indoors a bespoke living-cum kitchen & dining area await to inspire you for culinary wonders.

There is free secured parking space inside the villa’s premises for five cars • The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; wardrobe Fridge Freezer, Electric stove & oven, Filter coffee machine, Espresso Machine Delonghi (ground coffee), Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, 4 Hair dryers, Safety box, Mosquito nets, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector.

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 

- Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 35€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas!
