The sunlit private 36m² swimming pool (1.50m depth & Non-Heated), which also offers a children’s compartment (4m² and 0.50m depth), allows for a holiday to remember in a home that you will definitely come back to. Expansive lounging areas, lush gardens, and 2 shaded outdoor dining spaces with a BBQ and traditional wood-fired oven invite you to enjoy the ultimate Cretan living experience. Anatoli Villa’s expansive 400m² outdoor area is a haven of relaxation and leisure, offering stunning views of the ocean, horizon, and rolling Cretan countryside. At its heart lies a 36m² private swimming pool (1.5m depth, non-heated) with a 4m² children’s compartment (0.5m depth), ensuring fun and safety for young swimmers. Comfortable sun-beds invite you to soak up the Mediterranean sun while savouring the serene ambiance of this peaceful retreat, while an outdoor shower is available for an after swim refreshment. The villa features two shaded dining areas, perfect for enjoying al fresco feasts at any time of day. Gather around the charcoal BBQ and traditional wood-fired oven for memorable outdoor dinners under the stars, or relax by the large 230m² lawn covered terrance enjoying the horizon views and amazing sunsets. A spacious lawn-covered playground with a slide, swing, and children’s playhouse provides endless entertainment for younger guests. For added fun, challenge friends or family to a friendly match at the ping-pong table. The ground floor’s open-concept living area is bathed in natural light from large windows, offering seamless access to the outdoor spaces. A spacious lounge with plush seating invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for culinary creations, flows effortlessly into the outdoor dining area for al fresco feasts under the stars. A few steps lead to the first floor, where an additional seating area overlooks the main living space, offering a peaceful retreat that effortlessly balances a sense of togetherness with the option for quiet solitude. The villa’s carefully curated bedroom layout ensures comfort and privacy, while on the lower floor, guests can find more excitement, as a gym (with treadmill, 3 static bicycles and multifunction exercise machine) is available, promising the ultimate holiday comfort. What is more, a second kitchen is located on the lower floor, allowing larger groups to treasure every bit of their free time. Spread across 6 bedrooms, the home can accommodate up to 13 guests total, all of whom sleep in real beds, for ultimate comfort. With access to all modern amenities and wonderful summer vibes, combines with amazing cretan views, this home is made for absolute joy and large family gatherings.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towel, and linen changes twice per week • Pool and garden cleaning daily • Two Baby Cribs, Baby cot, high chair, baby bath, stroller/buggy (one for twins and one standard), baby bouncer/relax, potty & plastic (non-breakable) children plates, and cups are available upon request.
