This captivating home is embellished with a private 30m2 swimming pool, lounge area and outdoor toys to keep children entertained. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies.

White-washed walls, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and watch boats drift lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to the pool area and to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, plus one WC at the ground floor allow plenty of space & comfort for all.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for two car. Additional cars, can be also accommodated outside of the villa • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, fully equipped kitchen!
