With expansive sea views, this large luxury self-catering home has been created with joy, relaxation and kinship above all else. This distinctive property takes full advantage of its premium location, as it is settled in the heart of Rethymno, just 10 minutes walking distance to Rethymno old town and featuring ample private outdoor settings. Ensconced within 200m2 outdoor living, a private pool and children’s pool, a covered alfresco dining table with BBQ (Gas) and set directly in front of the beach, the villa has been designed with group gatherings in mind. This is an iconic home, to cherish your holidays with your family and beloved ones, as it can comfortably welcome up to 18 guests to unwind in magical Rethymno.

External Living | Private Pool, Beach & BBQ
Enjoy the luxury comforts of this extraordinary villa with it’s 200m2 of outdoor space. Dip your toes in the crystal sea waters or alternative in the 20m2 private pool and relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The iconic home features also an outdoor shower, sun-beds & umbrellas and children’s pool. The property is within walking distance to wonderful restaurants & shops.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:


- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day
-Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 26 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Bonus: Resistance Swimming System , As a tool for fitness, health and well-being, the swimming & water resistance exercises benefit people of all ages. Get healthy in the convenience and privacy of your own pool.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Deux Paradis is designed with sea view beauty and functionality in mind. The leading style throughout the 6 iconic suites combines contemporary modern spaces with glam accents which makes the leaving spaces a real pleasure to be in and to a true work of art. Each one of the suites feature an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchenette, balcony and smart tv. The ground level suite also features a larger kitchen with a dinning table and a panoramic window with gorgeous sea views which leads to the terrace, pool and beach. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in real beds and if needed there are two comfortable sofa beds, where two more guests can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests.

• Suite 2 (25sqm) : Kitchenette, Smart TV 32’ and two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) access to the terrace and street views. En-Suite Bathroom with walk in shower. An extra sofa bed with real mattress is also available for an extra guest. | Maximum Capacity 3 guests

First floor
• Suite 3 (25sqm) : Kitchenette, Smart TV 42’ & Open Plan area with a sofa bed with real mattress for an extra guest. Separate room with two single beds ( 0.90x2.00) access to a balcony with sea views. En-Suite Bathroom with walk in shower | Maximum Capacity 3 guests
• Suite 4 (25sqm) : Kitchenette, Smart TV 32’ and two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) with street views. En-Suite Bathroom with walk in shower. | Maximum Capacity 2 guests

• Master Suite 5 (55sqm): Spacious Kitchen, Smart TV 42’ & Open Plan area with a sofa bed that opens and becomes a double bed for two extra guests and a Queens Bed (1,60 x 2,00), access to a balcony with sea views. Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • 3 Baby cots, 3 high chairs are available upon request • Baby Friendly Equipment available upon request : Children dinnerware, Baby monitor, Baby Bath, Baby Bouncer ( Relax), Children toys, Stroller, Socket Safety Covers • Pool and garden cleaning every third day
