With expansive balcony sea views, this large luxury self-catering home has been created with joy, relaxation and kinship hospitality above all else. This distinctive property takes full advantage of its premium location, as it is settled in Akrotiri close to Zakynthos Town and featuring ample private outdoor settings. Ensconced within 600m² outdoor living, a private heated 60sqm pool, children's pool, a covered alfresco dining table with BBQ (Charcoal), set on spectacular grounds and the villa has been designed with group gatherings in mind. This is an iconic home with private pool, to cherish your holidays with your family and beloved ones, as it can comfortably welcome up to 12 guests to unwind in magical Zakynthos. Designed for ultimate luxury, the retreat features also fitness equipment, an outdoor play area for small children, heated Jacuzzi which lays on the first floor balcony featuring sea views.

From the impeccable garden to the private heated pool, the villa’s enclosed and private setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. This captivating home is embellished with a private 60m² Heated swimming pool (with extra fee), featuring comfy sun beds, a lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies. The property lays in 600sqm outdoor area with captivating grounds and within walking distance to the sea, restaurants & shops. At the balcony on the 1st floor, lays an impeccable heated spa whirlpool overlooking the Ionian Sea, the ideal spot for G&T o’clock. For our younger guests a children's pool is available enhanced with an outdoor play area for small children and a game room with table tennis, snooker, table football, fitness equipment and a state of the art X-Box await to inspire for endless game time. A private parking is also available at the villa premises.

Warm welcome to a seamless inside-outside family living. The exclusive villa is a two storey 300sqm luxury home. Entering the ground floor you will find a design led living-cum lounge, with an open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area. There’s an atmospheric design which invites adventures into other worlds, a smart 50’ TV (Netflix available) for movie nights, and five luxurious bedrooms with en suite bedrooms for dream-filled holiday break. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and watch the shimmering pool before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke open plan, living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful and luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the 1st floor with a modern design and walk in shower (the master bedroom features also a bathtub). The first floor features a spacious balcony with sea views, and a four seater spa whirlpool for unrivalled living. Two additional iconic bedrooms lay on the ground floor also with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a terrace ( The bedrooms are twin however can be converted into king upon request). The exclusive villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests in real beds in its five bedrooms and two more guests in a sofa.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for a car • The property is well-equipped with : Fridge/freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Drying & Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV in the BBQ outdoor area and an X box is also available.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Villa. No shared areas.
