The villa’s outdoor spaces are enchanting, featuring a 40m² private pool (1,45m depth, non-heated), a shaded dining area with a charcoal BBQ, and a spacious sun terrace, all overlooking the serene countryside. Nestled within a short stroll of charming local shops and restaurants, this exquisite villa places you at the heart of an authentic Crete experience. Inside, this unique property comprises three independent residences, each offering ultimate comfort with vibrant colours and its own living room, double bedroom, and bathroom, thoughtfully appointed with high-quality furnishings and amenities. The 40m² private swimming pool (1,45m depth, non-heated) includes a dedicated children’s compartment (0,5m depth), making it a perfect choice for families and friends alike. The expansive sun terrace, adorned with sunbeds, umbrellas, and vibrant clay pots, offers a serene setting for relaxation beneath the Mediterranean sun. A shaded dining area with a charcoal BBQ offers a delightful space to gather for alfresco meals, surrounded by breathtaking countryside views. Additional cozy seating areas invite you to sit back and enjoy the serene atmosphere, whether during the golden hours of the day or beneath a canopy of stars at night. Dafni Villa boasts a spacious 180m² indoor area, carefully crafted to combine the timeless charm of Crete with contemporary elegance. Exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and elegant design elements foster a cozy and welcoming ambiance, while premium furnishings and modern amenities guarantee an experience of unmatched comfort. The villa comprises three interconnected yet independent residences, offering privacy and convenience for up to 9 adults and 3 children. Each residence includes a double bedroom on its first floor with a double sofa bed (suitable for 2 more guests), a boudoir, and access to a private balcony with breathtaking countryside views. The living rooms on the ground floor, equipped with flat-screen TVs with satellite reception and cozy sofas, provide a relaxing retreat, featuring open-plan designs with fully equipped kitchens. Two of the living room also feature charming stone fireplaces. Additionally, a well-appointed ground-floor room is thoughtfully equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, ensuring effortless convenience for all your needs during your stay. Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towel, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby Cot & High Chair are available upon request.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for 4 cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine, Filter Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher in the First Residence, Washing Machine, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher.
