Inside, the villa’s thoughtfully designed 150m² interiors prioritize both style and comfort. A cozy living room with a 55" Smart TV and PlayStation 4 (Watch Dogs, Jurassic World & Battlefield) provides a space to unwind, while the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area seamlessly connect to the pool terrace, making it perfect for social gatherings. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Cretan countryside, the 700m² outdoor area of Chara Sensory Luxury Villa promises an unparalleled retreat into luxury and serenity. Hugging one side of the villa, a 27m² private heated swimming pool (1,40m depth) seamlessly connects to a soothing 2m² heated spa whirlpool, offering a unified, indulgent aquatic experience. The pool and whirlpool are heated together for your convenience, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. A 24m² children’s pool (0,50m depth) is thoughtfully positioned nearby, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. Designed for guests of all ages, the villa features a lawn-covered outdoor playground (featuring a play structure & a caterpillar tunnel for kids), as well as a ping pong table for impassioned matches and unforgettable moments. Luxury sunbeds, shaded seating areas, and a charcoal BBQ with a sink, along with a 42" Smart TV, make alfresco moments unforgettable. An outdoor shower is provided for rinsing off before or after a refreshing dip, while four bicycles are available for fitness enthusiasts, completing this thoughtfully curated space. Chara Sensory Luxury Villa offers a haven where relaxation and family fun blend seamlessly.

Step into the 150m² interior of the Chara Sensory Luxury Villa, where modern luxury and thoughtful design create the perfect retreat for families and groups. The open-plan living area features a cozy lounge with a 55" Smart TV and PlayStation 4, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish dining space that seamlessly opens to the pool terrace, offering effortless indoor-outdoor living. Spanning three floors, the villa boasts four beautifully styled bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests – 8 guests sleep in real beds, while 2 additional guests can be accommodated on folding beds in the living room. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, featuring a specially designed bathroom with accessibility amenities. The shower area in the bathroom is 90cm wide and is specifically designed to allow a person in a wheelchair to turn around comfortably. For fitness enthusiasts, the lower floor offers a dedicated workout area equipped with a treadmill, stationary exercise bike, stepper, and multi-station machine, ensuring you can stay active during your stay. Chara Sensory Luxury Villa is designed to meet every need with style and comfort.

First Floor | Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0,90x2,00) - can be joined to form a king size bed upon request, featuring large windows for natural sunlight, an En-suite Bathroom with shower & a 32” Smart TV • Double Bedroom, offering an En-suite Bathroom with shower cabin, a 32” Smart TV and direct access to a balcony with a comfortable seating area, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towel, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning once per week • Baby Cot, High Chair, Stair Gates, Portable Protective Pool Fence, Baby Monitor & Stroller are available upon request.

Outdoor Pool, Children's Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy:
- Pool, Children's Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 25°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool, Children's Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the Pool, Children's Pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
