Vasilios Villa offers an expansive 300m² outdoor area, incorporating unique style and sumptuous furnishings to create a chic retreat. The 36m² private pool (1.40m depth, non-heated) is surrounded by luxurious sun-beds and parasols, creating the perfect spot for relaxation under the sun. A shaded outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor sink provides the ideal setting for al fresco meals while enjoying the stunning countryside views. The villa’s outdoor spaces also feature a 40m² lawn, perfect for family fun. Children will delight in the playground, complete with a seesaw, slide, and swing, while for those seeking more active leisure, enjoy a game of ping pong or explore the area on the two available bicycles. With comfy seating areas scattered throughout the grounds, guests can relax in peace and privacy. The villa also offers secure parking for up to two cars inside the Villa’s premises, as well as free public parking space outside the Villa for more cars.

This delightful holiday villa exudes warmth with its minimalist design and carefully curated details. Spanning 240m² of indoor space, it offers five comfortable bedrooms, and five en-suite bathrooms - along with a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the pool terrace. Accommodating up to ten guests in real beds, the villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towel, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Additional maid service could be arranged with approx. 50€/day - exact amount can be confirmed upon request & availability. • Baby cot, High chair, Baby bathtub, Children’s Stroller, Plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, Bed guards, Baby Monitor & Child safety gates for the bedroom door are available upon request.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for 2 cars - free public parking space is also available outside the Villa for more cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Food Processor (Multi), Manual Juice Maker, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Washing Machine, Iron & ironing board, Hair dryers (5 - one in each bathroom), First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke detector.
