Melia Luxury Villa is a spectacular luxury sea front villa, with an infinity swimming pool ( that can be heated upon request and with an extra fee) with hydromassage features and rolling ocean views, making it an ideal family or friends favourite for summer holidays for years to come. From the moment you step into the Villa you’ll be welcomed into a truly unique space, one that only a privileged few will ever experience. A striking structure on Tavronitis close to Chania town, this self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Cretan summerhouse. With an outdoor private 50sqm infinity pool, and a sauna, this is a spectacular 250m2 villa, that can host up to 10 guests to unwind overlooking the ocean deep blue.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 50m2 private infinity swimming pool ( which can be heated upon request and with an additional fee), featuring hydromassage elements, lounge area and sea front outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The property lays in 300sqm outdoor area with spectacular sea views. An ideal sea front holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living. The villa is part of a Melia Luxury Villas complex, where two more villas are located, each with their own pool and facilities. The villa is just a few steps away from the sea.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two separate floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 45’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite bathroom and two shared bathrooms, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. Another lounge area lays on the ground floor, where a mini fridge, espresso machine and washing machine are also located. On the lower lever lay two more spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The highlight of this floor is that it also features a two seater Sauna. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, in its 5 spacious bedrooms, featuring also 5 bathrooms for ultimate comfort for all. All bedrooms feature premium mattresses and linen, hypoallergenic Coco-mat.

Lower Floor | Lounge Area ( Featuring a 45’ smart TV) and kitchenette with mini fridge, espresso machine and washing machine • 2 x Twin Bedrooms with two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be converted into a King Beds upon request and two Shared bathrooms with walk in shower • A two seater Sauna is the highlight of this floor.*Kindly note that the ground floor & lower floor have only an external stair case access & their own separate entrances to provide more privacy for guests.

Bonus : Only steps away from the villa you will find a beach (Tavronitis Beach) directly in front of the villa, where you can enjoy a morning swim.

Your Home Stay Includes

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, Two Seater Sauna and a fully equipped kitchen.

Pool Heating Policy:
- The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool.
- 4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature.
- The cost is 60€ per day.
- Pool heating can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! Melia Artemis SeaFront Villa, is part of Melia Luxury Villas where two more villas with their own pool and facilities are located behind the villa.
