An Overview of the Impeccable Retreat
This luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which, when combined with the gentle lapping of the tide on the doorstep, guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. A striking structure on St. Ioannis area, this luxury self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Ionian summerhouse. A stately house in its own lush grounds with little luxuries inside and out that every holiday maker wishes for, this is one dream home that guests won't ever want to leave. With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones can set themselves free. In summer the landscape is ablaze with wildflowers & surrounded by deep blue views making it an iconic coastal escape. With an outdoor pool, this is a spectacular 200m2 villa, that can host up to 7 guests to unwind. This luxury self-catering home offers a sublime escapism throughout the seasons.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 swimming pool, lounge area and outdoor toys to keep children entertained. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. Designed for endless fun, the retreat also features an outdoor playground for our younger guests and a ping pong table for hours of entertainment. Fitness equipment is also available at the villa (including yoga mats, free weights, and loop bands) for those who wish to stay active during their holiday. Enjoy!

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
White-washed stone walls, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to the pool area and to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms allowing plenty of space & comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and one more guest can sleep in a sofa bed at the mezzanine level.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for two car. Additional cars, can be also accommodated outside of the villa • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing & Drying Machine, Bluetooth Speaker, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, fully equipped kitchen!
