Outdoors
The outdoor area of Levantes Luxury Home covers 1.500m2 and promises a peaceful break for you and your loved ones! Splash about in your very own private swimming pool (7,5 X 3m and 1,25 m deep) and soak in the sun rays on the private deck, equipped with comfortable sun beds and parasols. During the day the song of the cicadas will keep you company while sunbathing and at night the summer breeze will take the heat of the day away!

Have a unique alfresco dining experience using the BBQ facilities available right next to the pool and enjoy your home made delicacies in the outdoor dining area under the shade of the pergola. Have your afternoon coffee at the relaxing area while the kids to play and explore the large gardens and lawn covered areas that surround the Home! Private parking space inside the Home premises is also available for your outmost comfort.

Indoors
Levantes Luxury Home is airy and sunny all day long, creating a wonderful summer ambience and decorated with the owner’s personal taste, as she is a decorator with working experience in London. This beautiful one level Home covers 300m2 and it combines modern design and bespoke luxury, as it provides ultimate comfort and ample spaces for all guests, as it is benefited by two siting and dining areas.

One of them is decorated with light bamboo and wooden furniture in bright wood colours and offers direct access to the pool area. The room also boasts large windows overviewing the lush gardens and vegetation around the Home. The second living-dining area adds a more classic, yet luxurious tone to the Home, as it boasts leather arm chairs, a wooden dining table and an open fireplace. Additionally, the room opens up to a spacious balcony equipped with patio furniture and with marvellous views to the garden area. Paintings by famous painters are displayed in the walls and all furniture are hand selected! Between the two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen can be found, ideal for everyday cooking.

Furthermore, Levantes Luxury Home can accommodate to up to 7 guests, since it boasts 4 bedrooms, one of which features a large double bed (1,60X2,00), while the second one offers 2 single beds (0,90X2,00), which can also get joined together if needed, to form a King Size double bed (1,80X2,00) and a third features a semi double bed (1,20X2,00). The master bedroom features a large double bed (1,60X2,00), a walk-in closet, a 32’ TV and has its own en-suite bathroom with double sinks and bathtub with a shower column. Finally, one more shared bathroom with a bathtub with a shower column can be found in the Home.
