This captivating home lays in 800m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 40m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (10,70×3,50 & 1,40 meters deep) also featuring a special children’s pool compartment (0,65 meters deep), as well as a three seater Spa Whirlpool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities (charcoal) with fridge & sink are also available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.

Elegant and stylish, each of the ground floor villa’s bedrooms enjoy calming natural tones, flaunt unique design and perfect attention to every luxurious detail. All of the bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. The Villa boasts three wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in the couch of the living room. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.

Living Room ( featuring a 50’’ Smart TV ) with direct access to the pool terrace & Two Dining areas • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Double Bedroom with Queen Size Bed (1.60x2.00), en suite bathroom with walk-in shower & hydromassage facilities, access to pool terrace • Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00) joined to form a King Size bed, access to balcony • Double Bedroom with Queen Size Bed (1.60x2.00), access to balcony • Shared Bathroom with walk-in shower & hydromassage facilities • The living room has a couch, so as an extra guest can be accommodated.

The impeccable Villa was designed with relaxation and good times in mind; lounge in the summer warmth by the outdoor pool, sink into squishy couch with a glass of wine and gather together in the open-plan kitchen-diner for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter. On bright days, let children roam free in the garden worthy of any game of hide and seek.

There is free secure parking space inside the villa’s premises for three cars • The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; fully equipped kitchen, Fridge with freezer, Electric stove & oven, Filter coffee machine, Espresso Machine (capsules), Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, Safety box, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector.

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 

- Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 80€/day for the first two days & 50€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
