Introducing the TreeTop Villa II
Inspired by its spectacular environment’s architecture, beautiful landscape and precious natural materials, you will definitely fall in love with the blend of dynamic spaces that invite you to relax, play and simply ‘be’ for generations to come. *TreeTop Villa II is part of the complex “TreeTop Villas” which include two villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools.

External Living | Private Pool & BBQ
TreeTop Villa II is set in 500 m2 outdoor area with a 48 m2 private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) and a special children’s compartment (3,25x4,75 and 0,40 metres deep) , as well as an 100 m2 lawn covered area. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun. Lounge to the swim-up loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities (charcoal) & sink are available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded dining area. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. A comfy lounge area is also available outdoors, in order to enjoy your coffee and drinks by the pool. An outdoor shower is also at your disposal.

For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor playground is available for our younger guests, featuring a wooden house, a slide, two swings, as well as several outdoor children toys.

The luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite contemporary interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The Villa boasts three sublime bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds.

Living Room ( featuring a 45’’ Smart TV ) with direct access to the pool terrace • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Indoor dining area • A WC is also available on the ground floor.

First Floor

Upper floor/ Attic
Attic type Bedroom with two Single beds (0,90x2,00) joined to form a King Size bed, with En-suite Bathroom (shower cabin), 24’’ Smart TV, access to balcony with comfy sitting.

For Relaxation
With enviable countryside surroundings and an idyllic location, the villa is wonderfully placed for the day’s adventures. Or if you can't bear to leave the peaceful haven of your luxury Villa, ideally spend your time laying by the pool or take a dip, which will be the perfect remedy to relax..

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning once per week • Baby cot, high chair, Plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups & Stair Gates are available upon request.

Please note that according to our booking policy, a security deposit of 200€ is required for the Villa. The security deposit should also be paid in cash at your arrival, directly to the owner of the villa.

Practicalities
There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (capsules), Filter Coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detectors, Safety Box and a fully equipped kitchen.

Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 200 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.
