For your outmost convenience the villa is located within a 15 minute drive to the famous city of Rethymno. Toe-dipping in the shallows, coastal walks under flaring sunsets; our unique coastal home offer an exclusive sanctuary that will delight even the most discerning guests.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
Enjoy the elegant comforts and convenience of this exclusive residence set in 2.700m2 outdoor area, with a 1.000m2 lawn covered area. Take a dip in the outdoor heated 35m2 private swimming pool (with extra fee), embellished with in-pool heated Spa Whirlpool & children’s pool (0,50 meters deep), as well as embellished with sun beds, lounge areas and umbrellas. * the pool, children’s pool & whirlpool can only be heated together, upon request. BBQ facilities (gas Grandhall) are available outdoors, in order for you to enjoy culinary moments. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper in the al fresco shaded outdoor dining area. Cook up a wild foraged feast or enjoy the perfect spot lounge area for an evening glass of wine. A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness.

Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy:


- Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool, children’s pool & whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating holiday home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul. White-washed walls, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

While on the first floor, you will be welcomed by the three wonderful bedrooms, the former featuring a King Size bed (1,80x2,00), lightened up with natural light from the large windows, also offering a mini fridge and 42’’ Smart TV, while the latter featuring a Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), with direct access to balcony and 42’’ Smart TV. Last but not least, the third bedroom boasts two single beds that are joined to form a King Size bed (1,80x2,00) with direct access to balcony and 42’’ Smart TV. All of the bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms; walk-in overhead rainfall showers with cabin.
*A shared bathroom with shower is also available on the ground floor.

The Residence boast three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds.

Pull open the doors to hear the sounds of the ocean and let the sea breeze tickle your senses, rousing you from a dreamy night's slumber. There really is no need to venture too far. Spend your summer days laying by the pool, enjoying mint-infused drinks, read your favourite book in the living room, or gather together around the al fresco kitchen, barbecue filling the air, as the day loses its heat and darkens to twinkling skies.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Baby cot, high chair are available upon request • Pool cleaning every other day (early in the morning).• Garden maintenance every Saturday morning.

Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 300 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.

Practicalities
There is free secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for six cars. Convenient Electric Vehicle (EV) charger, allowing guests to recharge their vehicles easily during their stay. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove & oven, Filter coffee machine, Espresso Machine (capsules), Frappe Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, 3 Hair dryers, 3 Safety boxes (in the bedrooms), Mosquito nets, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.
