Set within 1 acre outdoor haven of olive groves, this bespoke villa embodies elegance, with its wonderful outdoor area of 500m², deluxe amenities and comfortable outdoor spaces, incorporating unique style and sumptuous furnishings to create a chic secluded retreat - a perfect escape for romantic or unique family gatherings. Immerse yourself in the luxury of a 60m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,50 meters deep), complete with a four-seater spa whirlpool, and premium sun-beds perfect for unwinding under the warm Greek sun. A dedicated children's pool compartment (also heated with extra fee) (0,50 meters deep) ensures that young guests can splash around as an extra touch of fun.
Savor al fresco dining at the shaded pergola-covered area, complete with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a gas BBQ, sink, refrigerator & cupboard. The outdoor lounge area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Boats and ships are a big hit on our themed playground to keep younger guests entertained at all times - complete with climbing frames, play tent, slide, two children swings (for babies & older children), a hammock swing chair, and children's seesaw. A ping-pong table is also available outdoors for endless hours of fun & relaxation.



Outdoor Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool Heating Policy:

- Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool, children's pool compartment & whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature

- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths

This delightful ground floor holiday villa exudes warmth with its minimalist design and carefully curated details. Spanning 130m² of indoor space, it offers four comfortable bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, plus a shared bathroom with shower - along with a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the pool terrace - perfect for a serene family retreat. Accommodating up to eight guests in real beds, the villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy.



Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces: • Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining area, Living Room (featuring a 65’’ Smart TV), Fireplace and direct access to the pool terrace • A dedicated Workspace with monitor & keyboard are also available next to the dining area. • Bedroom with Two Single Beds (0,90x2,00) can be separated or joined to form a King Size Bed upon request , En suite bathroom with shower, Smart TV 43”, lightened up with natural light from the window • Bedroom with King Size bed (1,80x2,00), En suite bathroom with shower, Smart TV 43”, lightened up with natural light from the window. • Bedroom with Two Single Beds (0,90x2,00) can be separated or joined to form a King Size Bed upon request , En suite bathroom with shower, Smart TV 40”, lightened up with natural light from the window • Bedroom with King Size bed (1,80x2,00), Smart TV 43”, direct access to the pool terrace. • Shared spacious bathroom with shower (next to the last bedroom).



Your Home Stay Includes

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, baby monitor, plastic (non-breakable) children plates, and cups are available.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, electric oven & stove, Nespresso machine (capsules), Frappe machine, Filter coffee maker, Microwave, Food processor (multi), Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Dishwasher, Washing machine & Tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, Hairdryer at each bedroom, First aid kit, Fire extinguisher, Smoke detectors, Fully equipped kitchen.
