Tucked away in the heart of Mani’s unspoiled landscape, Mantri Villa offers an oasis of serenity with breathtaking Mediterranean Sea views. The infinity pool, spacious lounge terraces, and shaded verandas provide the ultimate setting for relaxation, while the expansive outdoor areas—including a stone-paved courtyard, verdant olive groves, and an elegant alfresco dining area with a BBQ (Gas)—encapsulate the essence of Maniot hospitality. Indoors, the villa exudes a seamless blend of rustic charm and contemporary sophistication, featuring a stylish lounge, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and four serene en-suite bedrooms. Situated in the peaceful village of Neochori, just 15 minutes from Stoupa’s pristine beaches, this villa is a sanctuary of seclusion and refined living.

This enchanting retreat boasts a spectacular 50m² infinity pool (1.4m depth), embraced by plush sun loungers and shaded seating areas, offering the perfect backdrop for indulgent relaxation. Wake up to the serenity of this enchanting retreat, where each day begins with a delightful breakfast served from 9:00 to 11:00, setting the tone for a blissful escape. For tranquil afternoons, guests can unwind in the charming courtyard before gathering for an alfresco feast at the dedicated barbecue area, where the mesmerizing sunset transforms the horizon. The villa also features an enchanting olive grove, beautifully landscaped gardens, and private parking for up to three vehicles.

Step into a realm of understated luxury, where exposed stone walls, vaulted wooden ceilings, and bespoke furnishings craft a refined yet inviting atmosphere. The elegant living area, with sweeping sea views, offers a serene retreat, while the fully equipped open-plan kitchen transitions effortlessly into the alfresco dining terrace. The living room does not feature a TV part of the “slow living” design offering. The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four exquisite bedrooms, three boasting en-suite bathrooms and direct access to a private terrace.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome hamper, courtesy of the owner • Daily Housekeeping is included (vacuuming, moping of the floors, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms & kitchen) • Towels and linen changes every 4 days • Breakfast included (served 9:00-11:00) • Two Baby cots & Two high chairs, plus non breakable plastic plates are available upon request • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week
