Warm and welcoming, cozy and rural, this luxury self-catering Residence offers the perfect spot for long family holidays and reunions.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private heated swimming pool featuring a two seater in-pool Spa Whirlpool compartment. For your outmost convenience this area features a remote controlled pergola system over the pool, so as to enjoy privacy & relaxation. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ facilities), offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provides the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 27 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 35 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Elegant and stylish, each of the villa’s bedrooms enjoy calming natural tones, flaunt unique design and perfect attention to every luxurious detail. All of the bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. The unique home boasts three wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds.

Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. Lounge at the impeccable living room before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 65’’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, as well as a wonderfully designed dining area.

There is free public parking space within 300 meters away from the residence • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove & oven, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso Machine (Vertuo capsules), Microwave, Juice Maker, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, Safety box, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.
