Introducing Estelle Villa
Nestled in the heart of the authentic Mouzaki region in Zakynthos, Estelle Villa is a harmonious blend of designer-crafted elegance and the timeless allure of nature. Inspired by the surrounding olive groves landscape and shaped from earthen materials, this bespoke retreat invites you to immerse yourself in a sanctuary of refined simplicity and unforgettable outdoor experiences. At the villa’s heart lies a stunning 30m² pool, complete with hydromassage features (and the option for heating available for an additional fee). Bespoke sun loungers, serene outdoor spaces, and a dining area with a charcoal BBQ set the scene for relaxed days and starlit evenings. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to embody the essence of an extraordinary hideaway. Inside, four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, and an inviting living and kitchen area provide the perfect space for connection and comfort. Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, EstelleVilla is where cherished memories are made and where every moment feels effortlessly special.

External Living | Private Pool (Can be Heated with Extra Fee) & BBQ Settings
This captivating villa lays in 550m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 30m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, that can be heated with an additional fee), also boasting hydromassage features with 4 seats, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area featuring a BBQ (Charcoal & Mini Fridge). The Living Room & Kitchen area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2-3 cars outside of the villa premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience.


Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views to the pool & countryside, the villa radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks every corner of this holiday home gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This captivating home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 160m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts four bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area & a fully equipped kitchen. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the iconic villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. The maximum capacity of this villa is 8 guests.

A Premium Double Bedroom featuring King Size Bed (1.80x2.00) & en suite bathrooms with walk in shower, Smart 32’ TV & direct access to a balcony with country side views • A Premium Twin Bedroom featuring Two Single Beds (0.90x2.00) that can be connected upon request & en suite bathrooms with walk in shower, Smart 32’ TV & direct access to a balcony with country side views. An extra sofa is featured in this bedroom where one child up to 12years old can sleep upon request & with prior notice.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning every two days • Baby cot, High chair, Baby Bath &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
